Equator Coffees: El Salvador Los Pirineos Orange PacamaraโWe are happy to present another fine coffee from Finca Los Pirineos, a testament to the long-lasting partnership with the Baraona family that started over a decade ago. Here, Los Pirineos strikes a balance of sweet & savory notes by pairing the beloved Pacamara coffee variety with red honey-processing, yielding a complex & satisfying cup with flavors of black currant, chamomile, dried mango, and sage.
Greater Goods Coffee Co.
Greater Goods Roasting: El ParaisoโThe mastermind behind the YN-09 lot, Diego Bermudez, has concocted a symphony of flavor that is nothing short of brilliant. This blend strikes the perfect balance between the sweetness of peach and the tartness of guava, creating a nuanced and complex cup of coffee that is equal parts refreshing and complex. It’s a true work of art, a testament to the power of experimentation and creativity in the coffee world.
Joe Coffee Company
Joe Coffee: Colombia La Familia GuarnizoโThis coffee comes to us through a strong relationship between Joe Coffee and the El Paraiso growersโ association in Huila, Colombia. This bright and light-bodied selection was grown by a special group of El Paraisoโs member farmers: the Guarnizo family. Featuring notes of stone fruit and almonds with a medium acidity, this coffee is a customer favorite.
Madcap Coffee Company
Madcap Coffee Company: Finca de DiosโHusband and wife duo Ellen and Stuart Prentice oversee a 19-hectare farm, encompassing a multitude of microclimates. Ellen inherited the farm from her father in the early โ70s, falling in love with the coffee growing process and planting more and more on the land. Together with their daughter Ashley, theyโve established state-of-the-art processing equipment for their farm, Finca de Dios (Farm of the Gods).
In this yearโs harvest, expect notes of cacao, orange, and agave.
Monogram Coffee
Monogram Coffee: Figgy PuddingโWe blended a washed Ethiopian with an anaerobic Costa Rican to make a seasonal coffee with wonderful pops of dried fruit and warming spices. It’s warm, cosy and perfect for the holidays.
Night Swim Coffee
Night Swim Coffee: Aurora – Mensur Ahabika NaturalโSay hello to our featured coffee offering for the holidays! Many of you may be more familiar with this coffee than you might think. Mensurโs coffee is a component of our espresso blend, Ultraviolet. Weโve been partnered with Osito, Mensur, and his wife Nesru since we started roasting coffee two years ago. We thought that this special time of year is a perfect opportunity to showcase Mensurโs hard work and delicious coffee.
Mensur Abahika was the first single producer that Osito purchased coffee from in Ethiopia, four harvests ago. Mensur is a key component of the Tokuma Farmer Group. The Tokuma group is acollective of farmers in Western Ethiopia who have organized to market and export their coffees together and share knowledge with each other that allows them to each improve quality.
Weโve committed to purchasing coffees from Mensur and Nesruโs farm indefinitely on a year-over-year basis. These coffees are fundamental to our coffee menu, so itโs a no-brainer to take this opportunity to put Mensurโs work on a pedestal for all to enjoy.
Olympia Coffee Roasters
Olympia Coffee Roasters: Holiday BlendโOur annual Holiday Blend is back! This year’s blend draws inspiration from our beloved Pacific Northwest, paying tribute to the iconic, decked-out evergreen trees that usher in the holiday season and brighten our homes during the darkest time of the year.
Onyx Coffee Lab
Onyx Coffee Lab : FramilyโWe are excited to release our seventh edition of this heartwarming Holiday coffee that embodies the joy of spending time with friends and family. Back to top.
Partners Coffee
Partners Coffee: Colombia – PapayoโPapayo is one of a few curious varieties that have emerged in Huila in recent years. This lot, from Rubรฉn Correa of Acevedo, Huila, is a great example of why it first caught our attention on the cupping table. In a clean, incredibly sweet cup, we taste spiced cherry and plum, dried mango, papaya, and pineapple.
PERC Coffee
PERC: Java Frinsa EstateโThis is our second time sourcing this beauty from Java. If you tasted it last year, youโll know why! Itโs an intensely sweet and funky coffee. The anaerobic fermentation done at the farm contributes to its big fruity flavors, and the cup finishes with a deep, fudgy note thatโll keep you coming back for more. Itโs truly a unique coffee that delivers all the wild vibes you can handle.
Stumptown Coffee Roasters
Stumptown Coffee: Guatemala El Injerto PacamaraโA seven-time winner of Guatemalaโs prestigious Cup of Excellence competition, El Injerto Pacamara is one of the most highly anticipated coffees we roast all year. Known for its large size and award-winning profile, El Injerto Pacamara will captivate your senses like only a legendary coffee can. This yearโs lot is pure decadence with notes of ripe peach and sugar cane complemented by a touch of sage. Weโve been partnering with father and son team Arturo Aguirre Sr. and Arturo Aguirre Jr. since 2003, making them our longest-standing direct trade relationshipโone we cherish as much as we do this coffee.
Verve Coffee Roasters
Verve Coffee: Costa Rica Sumava Lactico NaturalโSweet Magnolia florals greet the nose at the first sip, complemented by the soft touch of White Peach. Concord Grape is woven throughout with a similar profile to natural wine, finishing the cup with a sparkling mouthfeel. Francisco Menaโs coffee has been sprinkled throughout our menu year after year, and he is someone that we are proud to partner with. His coffees have exceptionally clean profiles and are consistently high quality. A large part of his experimentation is lactic processing. The process begins with the harvest of perfectly ripe cherries. The cherriesโ skin is left intact and they are placed in small bags, which are then placed into large buckets. The buckets or barrels are rotated for 36 hours to ferment, which is when the sugars from the cherry become food for the yeast and bacteria that are responsible for the fermentation. The time and attention to craft is what makes this cup so special.
